Cardamom

 Carbohydrate, dietary fiber, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus are mainly found in cardamom. By eating cardamom, the body means the blood pressure remains right.

   Eating daily keeps digestion right.  Cardamom should be eaten when Hijki comes. Weakness of eyes is removed. Cardamom has a cooling effect, so its water is very beneficial in summer.
