 Height does not increase due to water pollution, impure food, lack of sports, growth of bones. Keep the right amount of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins in the child's diet. Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries or raspberries help a lot in increasing the height. Leafy vegetables like spinach, cabbage should be consumed more.
