Depression
Why do some people get depressed?
Feeling tired and weak almost every day.
feeling unworthy or guilty.
Difficulty staying focused and making decisions.
Sleeping too much or too little almost every day.
Lethargy in all activities.
Recurrent thoughts of death or suicide.
Feeling restless or lethargic.
Sudden weight gain or loss.
Got out of depression. For daily meditation should be done. One should love nature and trees and plants and take care of it. Exercise should be done daily and walk. Listen to music. Sleep should be taken. Keep yourself confident. Don't be gloomy. It should be used for some work. It is a very different post to write daily in the dairy. Stay away from negative people. You should renew your time by thinking about others. Forget old things and don't think about old things. Do not stay alone and enjoy with family and relation people, do job or small business. Ignore someone ‘s word.
